We are a boutique real estate company offering services in real estate sales as well as single family and apartment property rentals, homeowners association and hotel management. Founded in 2009 by Ted and Roxy Condrey, the company has since grown to include a team of top producing sales agents, a property management portfolio of over 300 properties along the Mississippi Gulf Coast, as well as the successful development and management for multiple award-winning hotels in Ocean Springs.
