MPVC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization devoted to the economic development of our community. Our vision is to uplift the aspirations, dreams and hopes of the people through financial, social and communal awareness and create a better future. We encourage the presence of youth in the development process and encourage youth leadership through mentoring programs.
